　　現(xiàn)象：灌漿料部分外表現(xiàn)象呈現(xiàn)缺漿和許多小凹坑、麻點，構(gòu)成粗糙面，但無鋼筋外露現(xiàn)象。

　　產(chǎn)生的緣由

　　1模板外表清算潔凈，不得粘有干硬水泥砂漿等雜物；澆灌灌漿料前，模板應澆水充沛潮濕；模板縫隙，應用油氈紙、膩子等堵嚴；模板隔離劑應選用長效的，涂刷平均，不得漏刷；灌漿料應分層平均振搗密實，至掃除氣泡為止；

　　1. The surface of the formwork shall be clean and free of dry and hard cement mortar and other sundries; before grouting, the formwork shall be watered with sufficient moisture; the gaps of the formwork shall be blocked with felt paper and putty; the long-term formwork isolating agent shall be selected and brushed evenly without missing; the grouting material shall be vibrated and compacted evenly by layers until the bubbles are removed;

　　嚴厲按施工標準操作，澆筑灌漿料后，應依據(jù)程度控制標志或彈線用勢抹子找平、壓光，終凝后澆水養(yǎng)護；模板應有足夠強度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性應支在堅實地基上，有足夠的支撐面積，并避免浸水，以保證不發(fā)作下沉；在澆筑灌漿料時，增強檢查，灌漿料強度到達1.2N/㎜2以上，方可在已澆構(gòu)造上走動。
