注：如出現(xiàn)快干現(xiàn)象，建議在施工時(shí)應(yīng)在前一遍施工完2小時(shí)左右，表干時(shí)即進(jìn)行下一道施工，可減輕快干。

產(chǎn)生原因：

Cause:

1、施工時(shí)壓的太實(shí)或拋光的墻面較難打磨，因?yàn)槭┕r(shí)壓的太實(shí)或拋光會(huì)使?jié)夏佔(zhàn)臃蹖拥拿芏仍黾?，墻面較結(jié)實(shí)表面的硬度也會(huì)提高。

1. It is difficult to polish the wall that is pressed too hard or polished during construction, because it will increase the density of Jinan putty powder layer and the hardness of the firmer surface of the wall.

2、后一道批刮完較久未打磨的或遇水的如：(潮濕天氣、雨季、墻面滲水等)墻面較難打磨，有的耐水膩?zhàn)臃蹖儆诼尚彤a(chǎn)品，產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)是：一個(gè)月后硬度方能達(dá)到佳，如遇水會(huì)加速其硬化效果，上述的兩種情況是使墻面硬度增加所以較難打磨，打磨完的墻面較為粗糙。

處理方法：

Treatment method:

如遇壓的太實(shí)或拋光較硬的墻面需要打磨應(yīng)先用150#的砂紙粗磨一下再用400#的砂紙修紋或再批刮一至二道后再打磨。
