保溫粘結(jié)砂槳條粘法:先用齒狀鏝刀將攪拌好的外保溫系統(tǒng)砂漿膠粘劑均勻地涂抹在聚苯板或擠塑板上,然后用齒狀抹子在粘結(jié)砂漿上面梳理出條狀紋,將保溫板粘貼在墻面上,輕柔 均勻地按壓板面使之粘結(jié)牢固,隨時(shí)用2m靠尺檢查平整度和垂直度。粘板時(shí)注意清除板邊溢出的砂槳,使板與板之間無碰頭灰。點(diǎn)框法:用抹灰刀將攪拌好的外保 溫系統(tǒng)砂漿膠粘劑均勻涂抹在保溫板邊緣上形成邊框,然后在板面上均勻分布5個(gè)高于邊框的粘結(jié)點(diǎn),后按上述方法將聚苯板或擠塑板粘到墻面上用靠尺靠平。設(shè) 計(jì)要求采用機(jī)械鉚固件固定聚苯板或擠塑板時(shí),鉚固件安裝應(yīng)少在粘結(jié)砂漿使用3天以后。

Finally, according to the above method, the polyphenyl board or the extruded board are bonded to the wall surface and leveled with a ruler. The design requires that when mechanical riveting firmware is used to fix polyphenyl board or extruded board, the riveting firmware shall be installed at least after 3 days of use of bonded mortar.
施工溫度大于5℃以上。嚴(yán)禁私自添加砂子、水泥及其它添加劑。O℃以下宜采用防凍型(為保證整個(gè)體系的穩(wěn)定性,不推薦冬施)。拌制好的砂漿應(yīng)在2小時(shí)內(nèi)用完,已凝固硬化的砂槳不準(zhǔn)再用。儲(chǔ)運(yùn)要防潮防曬。
The construction temperature is above 5 C. It is strictly forbidden to add sand, cement and other additives without authorization. The freeze-proof type should be adopted below O C (winter application is not recommended to ensure the stability of the whole system).
