Gypsum powder, as a core material in the field of architectural decoration and craft production, highly relies on standardized water mixing operations for its performance. Gypsum powder is widely used in the Jinan area, from indoor painting to artistic sculpture. The precision of the water mixing process directly affects the work effect and finished product quality.
兌水比例是首要控制參數(shù)。建筑用石膏粉的推薦水粉比通常為0.6-0.7:1,即每公斤干粉加水600-700毫升。該比例通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室流變測(cè)試確定,可確保漿體具有適宜的流動(dòng)性和觸變性。對(duì)于藝術(shù)鑄造等精細(xì)作業(yè),需將水粉比降至0.5:1以下,以提升漿體粘稠度,減少模型收縮率。
The water ratio is the primary control parameter. The recommended water to powder ratio for gypsum powder used in construction is usually 0.6-0.7:1, which means adding 600-700 milliliters of water per kilogram of dry powder. This ratio is determined through laboratory rheological testing to ensure that the slurry has appropriate fluidity and thixotropy. For fine operations such as artistic casting, the water powder ratio should be reduced to below 0.5:1 to improve the viscosity of the slurry and reduce the shrinkage rate of the model.
水溫調(diào)節(jié)對(duì)反應(yīng)速率具有調(diào)控作用。冬季施工建議采用30-40℃溫水,可加速石膏晶體重建過程,將初凝時(shí)間縮短至8-10分鐘。夏季則需使用常溫水,避免因反應(yīng)過快導(dǎo)致漿體提前固化。水質(zhì)要求方面,應(yīng)選用pH值6.5-7.5的中性軟水,硬水中的鈣鎂離子會(huì)干擾石膏水化進(jìn)程。
Water temperature regulation has a regulatory effect on reaction rate. It is recommended to use 30-40 ℃ warm water for winter construction, which can accelerate the process of gypsum crystal reconstruction and shorten the initial setting time to 8-10 minutes. In summer, it is necessary to use room temperature water to avoid premature solidification of the slurry due to rapid reaction. In terms of water quality requirements, neutral soft water with a pH value of 6.5-7.5 should be selected, as the calcium and magnesium ions in hard water can interfere with the hydration process of gypsum.
攪拌工藝直接影響漿體均勻性。推薦采用螺旋式攪拌器,以150-200轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘轉(zhuǎn)速攪拌3-5分鐘,使干粉與水充分接觸。攪拌過程中需分兩次加水,首次加入80%水量形成基料,剩余20%用于調(diào)節(jié)稠度。對(duì)于大批量作業(yè),可使用行星式攪拌機(jī),通過自轉(zhuǎn)與公轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)消除攪拌死角。
The mixing process directly affects the uniformity of the slurry. It is recommended to use a spiral stirrer and stir at a speed of 150-200 revolutions per minute for 3-5 minutes to ensure sufficient contact between the dry powder and water. During the mixing process, water needs to be added twice. The first time, 80% of the water is added to form the base material, and the remaining 20% is used to adjust the consistency. For large-scale operations, a planetary mixer can be used to eliminate mixing dead corners through a combination of rotation and revolution.
靜置消泡工序常被忽視卻至關(guān)重要。攪拌后的漿體需靜置2-3分鐘,使內(nèi)部氣泡自然上浮破裂。對(duì)于鏡面石膏等高平整度要求的產(chǎn)品,可采用真空脫氣工藝,將漿體置于-0.08MPa真空環(huán)境中處理5分鐘,消除微米級(jí)氣泡。
The static defoaming process is often overlooked but crucial. The stirred slurry should be left to stand for 2-3 minutes to allow the internal bubbles to naturally rise and burst. For products with high flatness requirements such as mirror gypsum, vacuum degassing technology can be used to treat the slurry in a -0.08MPa vacuum environment for 5 minutes to eliminate micron sized bubbles.
環(huán)境溫濕度對(duì)作業(yè)窗口影響顯著。當(dāng)施工環(huán)境溫度低于5℃時(shí),需添加促凝劑將初凝時(shí)間控制在30分鐘內(nèi);溫度高于35℃時(shí),則應(yīng)使用緩凝劑延長(zhǎng)操作時(shí)間至45分鐘以上。相對(duì)濕度超過80%時(shí),建議采用封閉養(yǎng)護(hù),防止石膏表面碳化失光。
The environmental temperature and humidity have a significant impact on the operation window. When the construction environment temperature is below 5 ℃, it is necessary to add a coagulant to control the initial setting time within 30 minutes; When the temperature is above 35 ℃, a retarder should be used to extend the operating time to more than 45 minutes. When the relative humidity exceeds 80%, it is recommended to use closed curing to prevent the gypsum surface from carbonizing and losing its luster.
特殊應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景需定制化配比。3D打印石膏需將水粉比降至0.4:1,并添加0.5%羥丙基甲基纖維素,使?jié){體具備剪切變稀特性。文物修復(fù)用石膏則需混入10%玻璃微珠,在保證強(qiáng)度的同時(shí)降低熱膨脹系數(shù)。
Customized ratios are required for special application scenarios. 3D printing gypsum requires reducing the water to powder ratio to 0.4:1 and adding 0.5% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose to give the slurry shear thinning properties. Gypsum used for cultural relic restoration needs to be mixed with 10% glass microspheres to ensure strength while reducing thermal expansion coefficient.
質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)貫穿整個(gè)工藝流程。流動(dòng)度測(cè)試采用跳桌法,合格漿體擴(kuò)散直徑應(yīng)達(dá)到180-220mm。硬化體檢測(cè)需關(guān)注抗折強(qiáng)度與表面硬度,2小時(shí)抗折強(qiáng)度應(yīng)≥2MPa,24小時(shí)邵氏硬度達(dá)到60HD以上。
Quality inspection runs through the entire process flow. The flowability test adopts the jumping table method, and the qualified slurry diffusion diameter should reach 180-220mm. The hardened body testing should pay attention to the flexural strength and surface hardness. The flexural strength after 2 hours should be ≥ 2MPa, and the Shore hardness after 24 hours should reach 60HD or above.
